• 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels

• 3 tbsp unsalted butter

• 2 tbsp honey

• 2 tbsp cream cheese

• Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional Garnishes:

• Chopped chives

• Red pepper flakes

• Smoked paprika

• Shredded Parmesan
