Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta

Creamy Alfredo Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Boil salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Cajun Chicken

Season the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked.
Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Garlic Butter Base

In the same skillet, melt the butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.
