🍽️ Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • Salt & black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Fresh parsley (optional)

👨‍🍳 Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden.

  3. Add cauliflower, salt, pepper; cook 6–8 min until tender.

  4. Add garlic + red pepper flakes, cook 1 min.

  5. Top with parsley and serve warm.
