🍽️ Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet (400–500 g)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 lemon (zest + juice)

  • Salt & black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Fresh parsley or dill, chopped


👨‍🍳 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Place salmon on a baking tray lined with foil.

  3. In a small bowl mix: butter + olive oil + garlic + lemon juice + paprika + salt & pepper.

  4. Pour mixture over salmon.

  5. Bake 12–15 min, until flaky and tender.

  6. Garnish with parsley or dill and lemon slices.
