🍽️ Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & black pepper

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)


👨‍🍳 Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add mushrooms, sauté until lightly browned.

  3. Add broccoli, salt, pepper, soy sauce (optional).

  4. Stir-fry 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender but still crisp.

  5. Add garlic + chili flakes, cook 1 minute.
