  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1⁄2 cup Milk

  • 1⁄4 cup Ketchup
  • 1⁄4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped (reserve some for garnish)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1⁄2 cup Ketchup
  • 1⁄2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350Β° First, in a medium size skillet, heat the olive oil over medium high heat and sautΓ© the onion and bell pepper in a little salt and pepper until the vegetables are soft.

Let them cool slightly.

In a large bowl, add the ground beef, sautΓ©ed vegetables, breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, parsley and ketchup.

Add the mixture the center of a parchment paper lined baking sheet and form it into a meatloaf shape.
