- 3 tbs Olive Oil
- 2-3 large Carrots, chopped small
- 2-3 stalks Celery, chopped small
- 1 large Onion, chopped small
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
- 6 cups Beef Broth
- 15.5 oz Cannellini Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1β2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 5 oz bag Baby Spinach
- 2 cups Daltini Pasta
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Falkes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbs Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbs Garlic Powder
Instructions
Step 1
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium high heat and add the chopped carrots, celery, onion and garlic.

Season the vegetables with the hot pepper flakes, salt, pepper and 1 tbs Italian seasoning and sautΓ© them until they are soft.

Add in the ground beef and break it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon until itβs cooked all the way through.

Drain the fat.
