- 3 Tbs Olive Oil
- 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1 Pound Small Red Potatoes (cut in half)
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 1β4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1β4 Cup Kraft Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 3β4 Cups Peas
- 1 Tbs Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbs Dry Oregano
Instructions
Step 1
Season the chicken thighs on both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tbs of olive oil over medium high heat and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Once the chicken is browned, set it aside and keep it warm.

Add a 1 tbs of oil to the same skillet and add the potatoes cut side down.

Season the potatoes with salt and pepper and stir them around for about 7 minutes or until the potatoes are browned.

Step 13: Add the peas to the remaining liquid in the pan and let them simmer for about 2-4 minutes or until the peas are cooked and plump.
