Ingredients

• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 cup almond flour
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat
Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, mozzarella, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Mix until you get a thick, moldable dough.

3. Shape the Sticks
