- 4-6 Salmon Filets
- 1β4 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1β4 Cup Vegetable Broth
- 3β4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 5 Oz Baby Spinach
- 1β4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning

Pat the salmon filets dry and season them on all sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium high heat and add the salmon filets.

Sear the filets on both sides for about 3 minutes.
