Flaky buttery croissants stuffed with juicy beef and melty cheese β these easy sandwiches are perfect for parties, game nights, or quick family snacks!
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated croissant dough
- 450 g (1 lb) thinly sliced roast beef or cooked steak strips
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190Β°C (375Β°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a small amount of roast beef onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Add shredded cheese on top of the beef.
- Roll up each croissant tightly starting from the wide end.
- Place onto the prepared baking tray.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over the croissants.
- Bake for 12β15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
Optional Dipping Sauce
- In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Heat for 3β5 minutes until warm.
- Serve alongside the croissant sandwiches for dipping.
