Beef & Cheese Croissant Sandwiches

Flaky buttery croissants stuffed with juicy beef and melty cheese β€” these easy sandwiches are perfect for parties, game nights, or quick family snacks!

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough
  • 450 g (1 lb) thinly sliced roast beef or cooked steak strips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Optional Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190Β°C (375Β°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Place a small amount of roast beef onto the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Add shredded cheese on top of the beef.
  5. Roll up each croissant tightly starting from the wide end.
  6. Place onto the prepared baking tray.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over the croissants.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.

Optional Dipping Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Heat for 3–5 minutes until warm.
  3. Serve alongside the croissant sandwiches for dipping.
