• 2 boiled eggs, sliced
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 1 cup sweet corn
• 1 cucumber, sliced or ribboned
• Cherry tomatoes, sliced
• Mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
• Sesame seeds
• Salt & black pepper
• Optional: olive oil + lemon juice

📝 Instructions

• Place mixed greens at the bottom of a bowl.
• Add corn, tomatoes, avocado, and cucumber around the edges.
