- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cola or dark soda
Instructions
- Place the beef chunks into a slow cooker or large baking dish.
- Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the beef.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup on top.
- Add the cola or dark soda and gently mix.
- Cover and cook:
- Slow Cooker: Low for 7β8 hours or High for 4β5 hours
- Oven: Cover tightly and bake at 160Β°C (325Β°F) for about 3 hours
- The beef is ready when it becomes fork-tender and coated in a rich glossy sauce.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or crusty bread.
