  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 2-2.5 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1⁄4 Cup Milk
  • 1⁄2-1 Cup Ketchup
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbs Onion Powder

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375° In a large skillet, sauté the peppers and onion in the olive oil.

Step 2

Lightly season them with salt and pepper and let them cool slightly.

In a large bowl, add the ground beef, sautéed peppers and onion, eggs, breadcrumbs and milk.

Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and mix everything together just until it’s evenly combined.
