Golden pan-seared chicken served over buttery noodles in a rich creamy garlic sauce… simple, cozy, and absolutely delicious for an easy family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Add egg noodles directly into the pan and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
  9. Cover and simmer for another 5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
