Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (120 g) sugar
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
- 1/3 cup (80 g) unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 3/4 cups (220 g) all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Preheat
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners.
2. Prepare Wet Ingredients
In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and slightly fluffy.
Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
3. Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add to wet mixture and mix gently until smooth (do not overmix).
4. Fill
Pour batter into liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
5. Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool
Let cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
