Homemade Pizza Dough

Soft, chewy, perfectly golden pizza dough — ideal for all your favorite toppings. Simple ingredients, restaurant-quality results!

🍽️ 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬: 3–4 mini pizzas

⏱️ 𝐓𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: 1h15 (with fermentation)

🔥 𝐊𝐜𝐚𝐥: ~220 kcal per mini pizza (dough only)

📝 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• 320 g high-gluten flour

• 160 g low-gluten flour

• 40 g fine sugar

• 5 g salt

• 20 g fresh yeast

• 265 g water

• 20 g butter

🥄 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬

1️⃣ Mix the Ingredients

• Combine all ingredients except butter.

• Knead until a dough forms.

• Add butter and continue kneading until smooth and elastic.

2️⃣ Divide the Dough

• Split the dough into equal portions depending on pizza size.

3️⃣ Shape Each Pizza

• Roll each portion into a round shape.

• Press a bowl on top to mark the crust border.

• Roll the edges over the line.

• Prick the center with a fork.

4️⃣ Fermentation

• Let the dough rise until 1.5× its original size.

• Prepare your toppings while waiting.

• Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes.

5️⃣ Add Toppings & Bake

• Add your favorite toppings (cheese, tomato sauce, veggies, meat…).

• Bake at 190°C (374°F) for 15 minutes until golden.
