- 1 Stick Butter (divided)
- 2 Cups Onion, diced
- 2 Cups Celery, diced
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2.5 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Tbs Poultry Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Chicken Bullion
- Salt And Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbs Fresh Thyme
- 1 Tbs Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 Tbs Fresh Sage, chopped

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325Β° Chop the sourdough into bite sized pieces and place them onto a large cookie sheet.

Place it in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Carefully toss the pieces and place them back onto the oven for another 5 or until theyβre lightly toast.
