  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1⁄2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, hand shredded
  • 1⁄2 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, hand shredded

Step 2

I just sprayed mine with a little cooking spray.

Step 3

Add them to the center rack of the oven and let them lightly toast up for 5 minutes.

Step 4

While those are toasting, add the ground sausage to a large skillet over medium high heat and break it into small pieces as it browns.

Step 5

Drain the fat.

Step 6

Add the ground sausage to a large bowl.

Step 7

Add the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing, also.

Step 8

Stir everything together until it’s evenly combined.

Step 9

Add about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling into each of the wonton cups.

Step 10

You”ll have to make a couple batches if you”re doing this with one muffin tin.

Step 11

Feel free to load them all up if you have multiple.

Step 12

Place them into the center rack of the oven for about 5-10 minutes or until the center is hot and the wontons are crispy.
Step 13: Please be sure to keep an eye on them because they can burn fast.
Step 14: Garnish with green onion (optional) and carefully remove each of the wontons.
