📝 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

For the Chicken

• 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• Salt & black pepper (to taste)

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

• 3 tbsp butter

• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• ½ cup chicken broth

• ½ cup heavy cream

• ¼ cup grated Parmesan

• 1 tsp parsley

For the Alfredo Linguine

• 10 oz linguine pasta

• 1 tbsp butter

• ½ cup heavy cream

• ½ cup grated Parmesan

• Salt & pepper

🥄 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

• Boil linguine until al dente.

• Drain, then toss with butter, cream, Parmesan, salt & pepper.

• Set aside.

2️⃣ Sear the Chicken

• Season chicken with salt, pepper & Italian seasoning.

• Heat olive oil in a skillet.

• Cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked.

• Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

• In the same pan, melt butter.

• Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.

• Pour chicken broth & cream.

• Add Parmesan and stir until creamy.

• Return chicken to the pan and coat in the sauce.

4️⃣ Plate & Serve

• Serve Alfredo linguine on one side.

• Add the garlic butter chicken next to it.

• Spoon extra sauce on top.

• Sprinkle parsley for a golden finish.
