🍽️ Ingredients

  • 2–3 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)


👨‍🍳 Directions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden.

  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter + garlic, cook 30 seconds.

  5. Add honey + soy sauce + lemon juice, stir to coat.

  6. Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens and glazes the chops.

  7. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
