Ingredients

Garlic Steak Bites
6 oz sirloin or tenderloin, cubed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon sesame oil or olive oil
Salt and cracked black pepper

Stir-Fry Vegetables
½ cup broccoli florets
¼ cup sliced carrots
¼ cup snow peas
¼ cup onions, sliced
¼ cup zucchini, sliced
1 tablespoon stir-fry sauce or oyster sauce

Fried Rice
1 cup cooked rice
¼ cup diced carrots and peas
1 teaspoon garlic
1 egg, optional
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Oil for cooking

Instructions

Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil. Add the garlic and steak cubes, then sear until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same or a separate pan, stir-fry the broccoli, carrots, snow peas, onions, and zucchini with stir-fry or oyster sauce until just tender. Keep the vegetables vibrant and slightly crisp.

For the fried rice, heat oil in a pan. Scramble the egg if using, then add garlic, vegetables, and cooked rice. Stir-fry with soy sauce until heated through and lightly golden.

Assemble the plate by serving the fried rice alongside the vegetables and garlic steak bites. Garnish if desired with sesame seeds, green onions, or chili flakes.
